Title:
ERIE 4-6-0 #875 camelback
Description:
Here is the camelback version of the 4-6-0 ten wheeler, a much different configuration. Do note the extended cover for the fireman in the back. Built by either the Erie Susquehanna shops or Baldwin between 1891-96, this originally was New York, Lake Erie & Western #260, a class G-8, but was transferred to the Erie RR at a later date. The day in July is approximate. Harold K. Vollrath photo
